Group boxing classes are a tough but exciting way to get in shape. You will learn everything you need to know about the art of boxing: wrapping hands, working the bags, breathing, stance and hitting the mitts. Classes are an hour long set to 3 minute rounds with a 30 second rest period. The first half of class focusses on skipping rope, push-ups, sit-ups, bag work and arm/leg exercises. Second half is all about boxing. Pair up with a partner and work on your punching, footwork and balance. Sparring is optional and only for advanced students approved by the coach.
